Spiritual Sundays ~ Will You Call Him Father?

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. ~ John 1:12-13

I really love that picture of Jesus and the child. Reminds me of my Caleb who is probably sitting in Jesus' lap, or more likely, playing "Catch me if you can!"

I couldn't find a way to comment on the link you left on Spiritual Sundays. When I clicked on "home" on the bottom of the post I found the comment area. The drawing is beautiful and illustrates the scripture so well. Thank you for sharing with us on Spiritual Sundays.
The music is beautiful.
Blessings,
Charlotte

Beautiful drawing, beautiful song!
Thank-you so much. I had the kids room this morning at church so I missed the singing, so this song touched my heart even more.
God Bless,
Ginger

I just explained to my granddaughter this morning why we call each other "brother" and "sister" at church...that God is our Father, and we love them because we are a spiritual family. Great post- Blessings to you and yours!

This is one of my favorite Scriptures. I too like the song that is playing. Thanks for posting. (Like my wife, I had a problem finding the comment place until after I clicked on home. It went off and came back on and there was the place to comment on the page that came up. Funny!)
